Account Data and Order Records

VPNWK does not require an email address for registration. An account can be created with a username and password, and an email address is not mandatory. Account identifiers and information used to verify passwords support login, permission checks, and account management. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in your username.

The service processes plan status, traffic usage, order numbers, amounts, payment results, and refund records to deliver subscriptions, reconcile balances, and handle disputes. Traffic usage is billing information, not a list of websites visited. Descriptions and attachments submitted in tickets are used only to handle the relevant request. Please redact passwords, subscription links, and unrelated personal data first.

No-Logs Position and Processing Limits

VPNWK follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through the subscription service, retain browsing content, destination URLs, or DNS query history, or create connection-log archives that could trace individual browsing activity.

Temporary state used to forward traffic and maintain a session during a connection is used only for the current communication and is not retained as connection history after the connection ends. Account authentication, usage billing, and payment records are handled separately from browsing activity logs. Necessary retention of the former does not change the no-logs position above.

Connection encryption does not replace the privacy policy of a destination website. When users log in, submit information, or make payments on a destination website, that website may still process the information under its own rules.

Usage Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help understand page views, entry-point usage, and errors. The scope includes page paths, source categories, and necessary browser information. Promotional button analytics send only the page name and route identifier, not subscription addresses, query parameters, or full link text. Website analytics are not used to record browsing activity within subscription connections.

When used, cookies serve only necessary session or site-state management. Local storage keeps settings such as login credentials and language preferences. Users can clear or restrict this data through their browser, but may need to log in again or reselect preferences, and some panel functions may be affected. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side account records.

Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing

VPNWK supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization and transaction processing are handled by the relevant payment channel. VPNWK uses order identifiers, payment status, and necessary transaction records for reconciliation, and does not require users to provide payment passwords in tickets.

Payment channels may process transaction data under their own policies and applicable rules. Please read their information before paying. VPNWK does not sell personal data. Information is shared only as necessary to deliver services, handle user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations, with recipients' permitted purposes limited accordingly.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Data is retained according to its purpose: account data is kept while services are provided; order and refund records are kept as needed for settlement, dispute handling, and applicable retention obligations; tickets and usage analytics are deleted or de-identified after support or analysis is complete. No single retention period applies to all data, and data is not kept indefinitely after an account is deactivated.

Users can log in to the panel and use the ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Please describe the scope of the request and do not submit a password. Deletion may make subscriptions and order records unavailable. If settlement, a dispute, or a legal retention requirement is still pending, VPNWK will explain what cannot yet be deleted and why. Backup data is cleared during necessary maintenance cycles and is not restored for routine operations.

Policy Updates and Privacy Questions

When processing purposes or methods change, VPNWK will update this page and the update month shown at the top. Material changes affecting user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately. Privacy questions and data requests can be submitted through a panel ticket, with replies provided in the same ticket.
