Service Content and Scope

VPNWK provides international routes and subscription services for lawful cross-border access. Network connectivity does not include third-party accounts, memberships, content licenses, or payment eligibility. When using third-party services, you must still follow their regional rules and terms of use.

Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are obtained through the user panel; you must log in to obtain a subscription, and download eligibility depends on an active plan. Client features, system permissions, and network conditions affect how the service works. Platform compatibility does not guarantee that every application will be accessible.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your account password and subscription link secure. Do not publish, resell, rent, or share your account or subscription with others. A subscription link acts as an access credential, so hide the complete link and other credential information in troubleshooting screenshots.

Simultaneous online devices: unlimited. This applies to the account holder’s use across multiple devices and does not permit group sharing, redistribution, or commercial resale. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change your password promptly and request a subscription security review through a support ticket.

Lawful Use Requirements

You are responsible for confirming that your use complies with the laws and regulations of your location and any applicable region. Respect third-party platform rules, intellectual property, and the lawful rights of others. Do not use the service for illegal activities, including network attacks, fraud, malware distribution, unauthorized data collection, or privacy violations.

Do not interfere with service operations, abuse network resources, or help others carry out such activities. Encrypted connections do not change your responsibility for your own conduct and do not replace account protection, device security, or your judgment about the legality of accessed content.

Billing and Refunds

Review the plans page and order details before choosing a plan to confirm its price, traffic allowance, and billing method. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; upgrade price differences are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. This describes package usage rules and does not guarantee service availability or access to third-party platforms.

A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 30 days of the first payment. Submit the request through a user panel support ticket, noting the order that needs processing so the payment record can be verified. You do not need to explain the reason for the refund, and should not provide your account password or complete subscription link.

Refund progress is handled through the support ticket. The time for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel, and these terms do not set an unconfirmed settlement deadline. Refund requests and service issue reports are handled separately; troubleshooting materials are not a prerequisite for requesting a no-questions-asked refund.

Service Availability and Liability

Connection performance is affected by local networks, carrier routing, the status of target services, device configuration, and maintenance. VPNWK does not promise uninterrupted connections, a fixed speed, or continuous access to content on a particular platform. Maintenance, network incidents, or changes to third-party rules may temporarily make some routes unavailable.

If an issue occurs, retain the error message and details of the situation, then report it through a support ticket. Responsibility for effects caused by third-party platform restrictions, device failures, or events beyond reasonable control is determined by the actual cause and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or affect consumer rights provided by law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If illegal use, resale or sharing, malicious interference with the service, or an account security risk is identified, VPNWK may take necessary steps to restrict, suspend, or terminate access based on the risk and findings of its review. You may request an explanation, submit information, or raise an objection through a support ticket. Relevant orders and refund rights remain subject to these terms and applicable law.

When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the latest update month. Changes affecting significant user rights will be announced on the site or shown in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights that have already arisen. If you have questions about a change or cannot accept it, you may stop using the service and contact support about handling your current subscription.
